Vielfalt (diversity, from German), is an application designed to connect neuro-typical employees with their managers to promote a more efficient workplace.
What makes Vielfalt so special is its focus on inclusivity and diversity. Many neuroatypical people struggle to find jobs, and when they do, they often feel they don’t belong in it. But the app, with a unique user interface, uses gamification to make work more fun and rewarding. It includes features like achievements, points, and levels to keep people engaged and productive. In addition, we follow some W3C accessibility standards, seeking to create an accessible system for everyone.
This project was done in partnership with aTip, a startup that builds connections between neuro-typicals and the job market.
